THE HISTORY

In the summer of 2007, the idea for The Capital Factor seminar was developed between Rex Wisehart and Darrell Hornbacher. In their opinion, the two biggest problems most small businesses face have to do with capital and/or marketing. They came together and designed this seminar series to help business owners learn many important facts of the financial world and the latest techniques in the marketing industry, with a combined purpose of igniting rapid growth.

Rex Wisehart spent thirty years as a late-stage business turnaround consultant in Denver, CO. When attempting thirty-eight turnarounds, twenty-seven of those were successful. He gave up the consulting business in 1999, and today, he is a principal and CEO of seven small businesses. 

Darrell Hornbacher is a small business solutions consultant specializing in finance. Having owned and sold 12 successful small businesses over the last 15 years, Darrell brings a wide range of experience and a strong background to his small business clientele.
